What is that telehealth company actually selling you?
107 US companies will prescribe you a GLP-1. Some send FDA-approved Wegovy. Some send compounded semaglutide made by a pharmacy — a different product at a tenth of the price. Most buyers never find out which one they bought until the box arrives.

Search a company, or filter by what it supplies. Prices are the lowest figure the provider itself advertises — read the page before comparing them: a $19.99 compounded plan and a $1,199 branded one are not the same purchase.

Why you can check us instead of trusting us
Primary documents only
Every adverse claim about a company links to an FDA warning letter, a court filing or a regulator's published action. Reviews, blogs and affiliate content are never used as a source about a business.
No scores, no rankings
We do not rate providers out of ten. We do not run a lab, so a score would imply a testing process that does not exist. You get what is on the record and the reasoning behind it.
“Nothing found” is not “clean”
Where we found no action against a company, the page says exactly that. It is a statement about our search, not a clearance certificate.
Paid links are marked and counted
A handful of providers pay us a commission; the rest do not, and their pages say so plainly. The exact count is published on the disclosure page.
Straight answers
The questions behind the price gap
- What is the difference between compounded and FDA-approved GLP-1s?
- FDA-approved GLP-1s are the branded drugs — Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro and the approved oral versions — reviewed by the FDA for safety and effectiveness. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are prepared by compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved products. Compounding is legal; it is also the category the FDA has been issuing warning letters about since September 2025. Compounded is usually far cheaper, which is why the gap between $19.99 and $1,199 a month exists at all.
- Which providers have regulatory actions against them?
- 75 of the 107 companies on this site have at least one sourced regulatory or legal action on record — 87 actions in total. They are listed, with links to every primary document, on the enforcement page.
- Does an FDA warning letter mean a company is a scam?
- No. Most of these letters concern how a compounded product was marketed, not whether the company exists or ships. That distinction is the reason this site records what happened and links the document, rather than publishing a verdict of its own.
- Is this site free?
- Yes. A minority of providers pay a commission if you sign up through their page, and those pages say so. The rest earn us nothing and are written up on identical terms.
