How this site makes money
Some links to providers on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up, we may be paid a commission by that company or by a network acting for it. You pay nothing extra.
Where the money comes from
Affiliate commissions in this market are paid per signup, not per click, and they vary enormously between companies — from a few dollars to several hundred. That variation is a real conflict of interest, and pretending otherwise would be worse than disclosing it. The companies that pay the most are, as a rule, the ones selling compounded medication, which is also the category regulators are currently scrutinising. You will find both facts stated plainly on every provider page rather than buried here.
What a commission does not buy
It does not buy a rating, an omission, or a kind word. This site records what a company supplies, what it charges and what regulators have published about it. The regulatory record comes from primary documents — FDA warning letters, court filings, state enforcement actions — and every one of them is linked so you can read it without trusting us.
18 of the 33 providers on this site have a documented regulatory or legal action against them. Several of those are companies whose affiliate programmes pay the highest commissions available in this market. Their actions are published anyway, on their own pages, above the link to visit them. That is the only arrangement under which any of this is worth reading.
Links that are not affiliate links
Links to primary sources — FDA, courts, state attorneys general, company documentation — are never affiliate links and never earn anything. Some providers have no affiliate programme at all; they are covered on exactly the same terms as the ones that do, because a record with holes in it where the money runs out is not a record.
