What being outside the enforcement does and does not mean
Roughly 85 FDA warning letters went to this market between September 2025 and March 2026, and almost all of them concerned compounded products and how they were marketed. A company supplying only approved drugs was never exposed to that particular risk.
That is a narrow statement, and it is worth keeping narrow. It says nothing about billing practices, cancellation terms or data handling — three things that have produced their own lawsuits in this sector. Where those exist for a company here, they are on its page.

Questions this list answers
- Which GLP-1 telehealth companies only prescribe FDA-approved medication?
- 17 of the 107 companies on this record supply approved medication and nothing compounded. 12 of them have no regulatory or legal action on file at all. They are all listed above.
- Why are these providers more expensive?
- Because they are reselling a manufacturer's product rather than a pharmacy preparation. The drug itself carries branded pricing, and most of these companies bill it separately from the membership — so an advertised monthly fee is often the consultation, not the medication. Check which of the two a quoted price refers to before comparing anything.
- Are these providers safer?
- They are outside the compounding enforcement, which is a real and specific difference: the drug they dispense has been through FDA review. It is not a guarantee about the company. Several here still carry actions on record, and those are listed on their pages with the primary documents attached.
