In October 2025 the court granted Mochi's motion to dismiss with leave to amend, holding Lilly had not established standing on reputational harm alone.

Novo Nordisk sued Mochi Health Corp. and its affiliated medical practices in the Northern District of California on 4 August 2025 (No. 5:25-cv-06563), alleging false advertising and unlawful mass compounding of semaglutide, including converting standard doses to non-standard ones and adding vitamin B12; allegations unproven.

The Washington State Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission issued a Limited Stop Service order on 13 March 2025 against Aequita Pharmacy LLC of Kirkland, Washington — reported to compound for Mochi Health — barring it from compounding or dispensing compounded products in the state, citing untrained and unqualified staff performing sterile compounding, inadequate supervision, and failure to follow sterile compounding procedures.
