Eli Lilly sued Mochi Health Corp. in the Northern District of California on 23 April 2025 (No. 3:25-cv-03534) over compounded tirzepatide combined with additives including niacinamide, pyridoxine and glycine. In October 2025 the court granted Mochi's motion to dismiss with leave to amend, holding Lilly had not established standing on reputational harm alone.

Novo Nordisk sued Mochi Health Corp. and its affiliated medical practices in the Northern District of California on 4 August 2025 (No. 5:25-cv-06563), alleging false advertising and unlawful mass compounding of semaglutide, including converting standard doses to non-standard ones and adding vitamin B12; allegations unproven.

The Washington State Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission issued a Limited Stop Service order on 13 March 2025 against Aequita Pharmacy LLC of Kirkland, Washington — reported to compound for Mochi Health — barring it from compounding or dispensing compounded products in the state, citing untrained and unqualified staff performing sterile compounding, inadequate supervision, and failure to follow sterile compounding procedures.

DOJ/FTC filed an amended complaint seeking an immediate asset freeze and receivership against Zealthy and CEO Kyle Robertson, alleging foreign call-centre contractors and unlicensed non-clinicians ordering prescriptions, doctors' names and NPIs used without their knowledge, unauthorised card charges while cancellation attempts were blocked, and misuse of patients' health information for social media marketing; Zealthy also lost its LegitScript certification in 2025.

Zealthy CEO Kyle Robertson is the founding CEO of Cerebral, which settled FTC/DOJ charges over data sharing and deceptive cancellation practices.

The United States, on referral from the FTC, sued Cerebral, Inc., Zealthy, Inc., Gronk, Inc. and chief executive Kyle Robertson in the Southern District of Florida (No. 1:24-cv-21376); the first amended complaint of 31 May 2024 alleges deceptive cancellation practices and mishandling of consumers' health data. Allegations unproven.
